WORLDWIDE DELIVERY DETAILS

We currently offer two international shipping options:

🚀 Express Service

Delivery Timeframe: 4–6 working days from the uplifted date

Ideal for time-sensitive deliveries
Subject to airline schedules and customs clearance.

📦 Economy Service

Delivery Timeframe: 10–12 working days from the uplifted date

A budget-friendly option
Also subject to airline schedules and customs clearance.

Note: The uplifted date refers to the day your package is handed over to the airline. Public holidays, airline delays, or customs inspections may affect delivery timeframes.

Delivery Confirmation & Package Integrity

All parcels require a signature upon delivery, and our courier partners will photograph the delivered package for confirmation.

If your package arrives open, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept it. Report the issue to us immediately at +94 76 896 1426 or via email at connect@sribox.com.
