While we strive for excellence in every order, we understand that things may occasionally go wrong. If you receive the wrong item, something arrives damaged, or you're unsatisfied with your order, we're here to make things right.

How Do I Get a Refund?

Changed your mind? No worries!

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days of cancellation confirmation.

How Do I Return an Item?

If your SriBox arrives with any damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items:

  • Please check your items at the time of delivery. If you notice a problem, hand the item back to the delivery agent immediately.
  • If you discover an issue after delivery, contact our support team within 2 hours of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Please keep the packaging and product intact when initiating a return. We may ask for a photo to verify the issue.
